Nicholas T. Chapie
Nicholas Chapie is an associate with the law firm of Redman Law Firm P.C. Nick focuses his practice on real estate transactions, real estate litigation, mortgage lien priority disputes, title insurance coverage disputes and associated collection matters. Nick’s legal background also includes drafting and negotiating landlord/tenant agreements for national retailers throughout the US for placement into major retail developments, regional shopping centers and airports.
Nick also spent time in the legal department of Pulte Homes, working on various projects including standardizing and simplifying legal processes, contract management initiatives and supplier relations.
Prior to Nick’s legal career, he worked in management and strategy consulting with Alaris Consulting in Chicago. In that role, Nick assisted his clients in the areas of supply chain management and operations improvement in the manufacturing, consumer products, and retail industries throughout the United States and Europe.
Nick received his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University in 1999.
Nick is admitted to practice in Michigan and the United State Eastern District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and the American Bar Association Real Property and Trust and Estate Law Section.
